Mylux by Prisma s.r.l. attempts to sell only well designed, quality merchandise that we hope will give you years of satisfaction.
We are confident our products will endure the test of time in both construction and performance.
Design, materials and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Mylux by Prisma s.r.l. shall not be responsable for any conseguential, incidental or contingent damages, or costs incurred of any kind whatsoever, including, but not limited to, the costs incurred directly in relation to good sold by Mylux.

Returns

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you can return.
If you want to return some products, you have to phone (with e-mail) and inform our Mylux Customer Care Department.
You have to send back the products intact with the original packaging.
You must also write both on the box the authorization number that our customer service has given to you.
If you send back any product without the authorization, we will not accept it. Attention: if you return some products with broken or not intact packaging or with ´┐Żdelivery time 7-20 days´┐Ż we'll pay back just 80% of the amount you paid, ship cost excluded, because these products have been ordered just for your particular request.
Mylux by Prisma s.r.l. is not responsible for installation error too.

Legal restrictions

Any equipment sold herein upon which there is legal limitation as to its use, is sold only with the purchaser shall use it in accordance with laws and those of the states where such use will take place.

Exclusion of consequential damages
